How much does a new boiler cost?
It depends on the boiler, your home and what the job involves - which is exactly why we quote properly instead of guessing. Tell us what you need and you'll get a clear written quote, free and with no obligation, before any work starts.
How long does a new boiler installation take?
A straightforward like-for-like swap is usually done in about a day. Conversions - say a back boiler or conventional system to a combi - can take a little longer. We'll confirm timings in your quote so there are no surprises.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes - all of our gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and you're welcome to check our registration on the Gas Safe Register before we start. It's the legal requirement for anyone working on gas, and the first thing you should ask any installer.
Which boiler brands do you fit?
We're Baxi Approved Installers, which means extended warranties are available on selected Baxi boilers. That said, we supply and fit all the major brands - Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal and more - and we'll give you honest advice on what suits your home and budget.
Can you convert my old boiler to a combi?
Yes - combi conversions are one of our most common jobs. We'll remove the old boiler and tank (or back boiler), make good, and fit a modern combi that frees up space and heats water on demand.
Do you do landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)?
Yes - we carry out landlord gas safety inspections and issue CP12 certificates for rental properties across South Wales and Bristol, covering every gas appliance in the property. Plenty of landlords have us do the annual boiler service at the same visit, and if you've got more than one property, ask about covering the lot.
